Orders shipped within the UK are FREE

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Please allow 1 to 5 days for us to process and dispatch your order.  Shipping times provided at checkout are an estimate.

We ship domestically within the UK with DHL and Royal Mail

Please contact us for shipping rates to the rest of the world (including the EU).  All international delivery costs, including customs and duties, are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for any items returned to us due to unpaid fees and will not issue refunds in these circumstances.

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns to us must be in the original packaging and packed in the same method it was received.

You can return items within 14 days for a refund

Returns to us must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and packed in the same method the item was received.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items that occur in transit to us.

We are unable to refund customs duties or sales tax.

All goods are inspected on return.  If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may send it back to you.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
